　　现任河北省旅游协会秘书长的邓铁山先生，领导协会努力为会员服务,为行业服务,在政府和会员之间发挥桥梁和纽带作用,为促进河北省旅游业的持续、快速、健康发展做出了积极的贡献。他从事旅游饭店星级评定的行业管理工作已达18年之久，共评定星级饭店500余家，参与编辑著作共计120万字。无论是行业发展的基础层面，还是在超越层面，他贡献得太多，是行业领导人的榜样。

　　Deng Tieshan is the secretary of Hebei Tourist Hotel Association. He has led the association serve for the members, serve for the industry and play the function as a bridge between government and the members. Deng Tieshan has worked in star tourist hotels judging management for 18 years, and he has judged more than 500 star-hotels, wrote and participated in editing 1.2 million words. He is an example leader in the industry with his great contribution. He is Chinese Communist Party member, and of the same age with that of PRN. He is secretary generalof Hebei Province traveling association, secretary of Hebei Province traveling hotel association, secretary of Hebei Province travel agency association, and secretary of Hebei Province traveling scenic area association.

　　邓铁山先生，中共党员，与共和国同龄，现任河北省旅游协会秘书长，河北省旅游饭店协会秘书，河北省旅行社协会秘书，河北省旅游景区协会秘书，河北经贸大学客座教授，河北省旅游饭店星级评定委员会秘书长，中国国家级星级饭店评审员等职务。由邓铁山先生主编的《河北导游词》、《河北省导游考试题解》，参与编著的《饭店国际竞争力》、《饭店服务与管理》等均正式出版。
